Refund policy

At BrajCreations, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As many of our products are handcrafted and devotional in nature, we request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with BrajCreations, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product due to an error on our part. To be eligible, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the required evidence as mentioned in this policy. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, accessories, invoices, and complimentary items, wherever applicable.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. The video must clearly show the unopened shipping package, the shipping label, and the complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or interruptions. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund approval, as we may be unable to verify the issue.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in cases where the customer changes their mind after purchase, selects the wrong product or incorrect size, or where the product has been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without its original condition and packaging. Products customized or made specifically on customer request are also not eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Minor colour differences caused by photography, lighting, or individual screen settings shall not be considered defects.

If you are unsure about the correct size before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support. Our team will be happy to guide you in selecting the most suitable size for your deity. Orders placed with an incorrect size selected by the customer will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Handcrafted Product Variations

Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in embroidery, stone placement, fabric texture, lace design, embellishments, stitching, colour, finishing, or other handcrafted details are natural characteristics of handmade products and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects and shall not be treated as valid grounds for return, replacement, or refund.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only when a product received by the customer is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to an error on the part of BrajCreations. All exchange requests are subject to verification and product availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, BrajCreations may, at its sole discretion, offer a suitable alternative or process a refund wherever applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection before any refund is approved. If the return request satisfies the conditions mentioned in this policy, the refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution. Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, payment gateway charges, gift packaging charges, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is approved due to an error on the part of BrajCreations.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return request is approved because a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product was supplied by BrajCreations, we will arrange the return pickup wherever possible or provide appropriate return instructions. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by BrajCreations. If a return or exchange request is made for reasons not attributable to an error on our part, the customer shall be responsible for all applicable return shipping charges. Such requests shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of BrajCreations.

8. Packaging Requirements for Returns

Products approved for return must be packed securely using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. If a returned product is received in a damaged condition due to inadequate, improper, or insufficient packaging by the customer, BrajCreations reserves the right to reject the return, replacement, or refund request either partially or in full, depending on the condition of the returned product.

9. Inspection of Returned Products

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection upon arrival before any refund, replacement, or exchange is approved. If the returned product is found to be used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing original components, or otherwise does not satisfy the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy, BrajCreations reserves the right to reject the request or issue only a partial refund where appropriate.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option are expected to accept delivery once the order has been dispatched. If a COD order is refused, remains unclaimed, cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, BrajCreations reserves the right to restrict or disable the Cash on Delivery payment option for future orders, require prepaid payment for subsequent purchases, or cancel future Cash on Delivery orders at its sole discretion. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in permanent restriction of the Cash on Delivery facility.

11. Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior approval from BrajCreations may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer without processing a refund, replacement, or exchange.

12. Delivered Orders

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the courier partner shall be considered successfully delivered. If a customer reports non-receipt after the shipment has been marked as delivered, BrajCreations will assist in raising an investigation with the courier partner. However, the final resolution shall be subject to the courier partner's investigation and findings.

13. Force Majeure

BrajCreations shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to process returns, replacements, or refunds arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, wars, or other unforeseen events.
