When should I place my order to receive it before a festival?

We recommend placing your order at least 15-20 days in advance of the festival date. This ensures enough time for processing and delivery so your deity is ready with new poshaks for the celebration.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver across India so devotees everywhere can adorn their Thakur ji with our premium poshaks. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with love.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we don’t have standard international shipping. But if you’re living outside India, you can connect with us directly—we’ll be happy to discuss possible options and guide you personally.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Since our poshaks are crafted and packed with care soon after you place your order, changes aren’t always possible. However, if you wish to make an adjustment, please contact us at the earliest, and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I send a poshak directly as a gift to someone else’s home/mandir?

Yes 🌸 You can directly send a poshak as a gift to a loved one’s home or even to a mandir. Just enter their address at checkout, and we’ll make sure it reaches them beautifully packed—ready to be offered to Kanha ji.

Do you add shagun or blessings with every order?


Blessings are always of Thakur ji on all of us. What we do is add a small complimentary gift for Kanha ji with every order—because just like us, Ladoo Gopal also smiles when He receives gifts.
